20. The Chitauri - The Avengers
They might have been added in to the final act of The Avengers to artificially ramp up the drama, but the Chitauri alien army did actually look pretty good with their statuesque bodies and bug like faces. But if artist Justin Sweet had his way, they would have been way more nightmarish.
