Muse and long-time collaborator Mike Flanagan, it wouldn't be a stretch to say the intrepid filmmaker's best work would have been as brilliant were it not for his wife, Kate Siegel. 

Throughout her career, Siegel has stole the spotlight in a number of horror projects, most notably the home invasion thriller Hush and TV miniseries Midnight Mass, The Fall of the House of Usher, and The Haunting of Hill House.

A scream queen in every sense of the word, Siegel has played them all - vicious socialites, embattled writers, grief-stricken loners - and carried every role with the same commitment, each character burdened by something haunting them, something that they refuse to let beat them. 

Outside of the Flanagan-verse, Kate Siegel hasn't done an awful lot, but no mistake: the work she's produced throughout her partnership with her husband would surely be enough to make any actor sleep soundly at night.
