Oscars 2020: Predicting All The Nominees

159 films were submitted for the Best Documentary Feature Oscar this year, trimmed down to just 15 during the "bake-off" process.

This is a notoriously unpredictable category with many of the year's most acclaimed docs typically failing to be recognised by the voting body.

American Factory, Apollo 11, and For Sama are largely considered locks - as much as that means in this category - but it wouldn't be remotely surprising if The Cave and Honeyland were switched out for the likes of One Child Nation and The Biggest Little Farm.
