It's no secret that Costume Design skews towards period fare with all of their elaborate embroidery.

As such, Downton Abbey and Little Women are absolute locks, while the extent of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood's period wardrobe will be difficult for the Academy to ignore, and recreating Elton John's iconic threads for Rocketman will surely go down a treat with voters.

Jojo Rabbit or especially The Irishman could certainly sneak that fifth slot away from Dolemite, though, as snazzy and memorable as its costumes were.
