4. The New Killer Is Corbett From Saw III - Jigsaw
The Ending: The ending reveals the new killer to be a now grown-up Corbett, the young daughter of Jeff and Lynn from Saw III, who was famously locked away from them by Jigsaw before being "rescued" by Detective Hoffman in Saw IV.
This is a suitably crazy twist in line with what the Saw series typically serves up, and though Jigsaw is being pitched as a soft reboot of sorts, this reveal would be an intriguing way to tie the new movie into the existing set of seven movies.
A flashy montage will no doubt reveal how Corbett being kidnapped over a decade earlier caused her to become a traumatised Jigsaw follower, and somehow, someway, she's now the new killer.
Look, it's Saw, so it doesn't need to make that much sense, but the idea of Jigsaw now being a woman is pretty damn intriguing, no?
