15. Admiral Raddus

This movie's amphibious Admiral overseeing the final battle, Raddus comes in towards the end of the film, meaning he doesn't get too much of a chance to make a splash.

The character, inspired by Wintson Churchill, is everything you'd expect from an admiral at this point in the warfare. He's a figure of strength, and provides the necessary leadership at this point. He's not a scene stealer like his Mon Calamari brethren Ackbar, but he's a solid enough presence.
