14. General Draven

Another of the key background players in the Rebellion, it's General Draven who organises the prison-break to bring Jyn Erso to Yavin 4.

That alone gives him importance to the plot, but he then also commands Cassian to kill Galen Erso, no questions asked.

Stationed alongside Mon Mothma, he's a bit more of a no-nonsense leadership type, a stern commander who wants to get the job done. He's an entertainingly gruff presence, and stands as a good example of the moral ambiguity that exists within the Rebel Alliance here.
