8. Who Killed Sarahs Parents?
We see that Sarahs parents are killed back in 1973, just when the T-800 is arriving to save her. But who/what is it thats responsible for the death of her real pops?
We see liquid metal in the scene, so the implication is that it was a T-1000 who murdered them, and more specifically the same T-1000 we see later on in 1984, played by Byung-hun Lee. Its not actually confirmed, in the movie, but we can probably assume thats the case.
This raises further questions though, such as the fact that this is a T-1000 appearing in 1973/1984, when in the original movies they never showed up until the 1991 of Terminator 2, so how can it be seen here so long before the events of that film? Similarly, who sent the T-1000 back? Was it Skynet, was it John Connor (as part of the organisation), or is there someone else involved?
