Why This Sucked: The one person who captivated during the sections which werent like an Apple Macs screen saver was Tom Hiddlestone as Loki. Sadly he was criminally understated, granted he was given more screen time than some villains get but when the film is as charisma dry as this one; Loki deserves all the screen time he can get...Even if he does call someone a quim in one of the scenes. More-so than just Loki though; the faceless alien army needs a bit of development. If theres a whole alien universe of planets out there, what makes earth so desirable other than to satisfy the need for a plausible plotline? How To Make It Better: A huge alien army is a good tool to have if you develop it properly; as it was it just appeared to be a tag along to elevate the threat to make the superheroes sweat a little bit. It looked cool; but without comprehension of why this threat is happening its difficult to feel like this is anything but something to make it a bit more exciting. Next time round they need to ensure that the enemy is a developed beast; that you see the severity of what them winning would mean and use that to enhance the power of the story.
