A number of images throughout the trailer show the Dark Tower exploding, though it's a pretty safe bet this is part of Jake's earlier dream, because there's no way a potential movie franchise blows its whole wad in the first film.

Some fans are also a little miffed here that Jake seems to have to convince Roland to continue his quest towards the Tower, which basically runs totally opposite to his indefatigable obsession with getting there in the books.
Perhaps the dialogue will play better with the full context in the final movie, but the idea of a kid pushing Roland to the finish line just doesn't quite fit.
