The Worst Part Of The 10 Best MCU Movies

3. Thanos' Look - The Avengers

Before the behemoth doubleheader at the end of the Infinity Saga that was Infinity War and Endgame, the biggest and most ambitious comic book movie crossover ever was The Avengers. Just six characters may seem small now, but back in 2012, this was huge.

The movie itself was everything fans could have hoped for and more. Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye on the same team and fighting an army of the Chitauri? There was nothing not to love.

In this instance, we have to look past the credits for the worst part of this particular MCU chapter. The moment Thanos revealed his pearly whites and ruffled chin got comic book fans stupidly excited, but looking back now, it’s quite tough to look at.

The aesthetic of Thanos is now iconic, as he has become the greatest villain of an entire generation. He didn’t always look like this however, back when he wasn’t even portrayed by Josh Brolin. Looking a weird scarlet hue, he doesn’t look anywhere near as strong as the Thanos of Infinity War and Endgame. He even looks worse than the blue version fans got in Guardians of the Galaxy.
