10. Where Is Odin?

The whereabouts of Thor's father Odin have been a mystery since The Dark World's conclusion, which saw the double-crossing Loki masquerading as the Asgardian king.

Anthony Hopkins's Allfather appears to be one of the few Ragnarok characters they've kept out of the trailers, which begs one question: where the hell is he?

Although the official footage hasn't shed any light on this whatsoever, leaked set photos have. Images of Odin seemingly disguised as one of those doom-prophesying New York hobos have been doing the rounds online, suggesting Thor's dad has fled to Earth to warn humanity about the impending apocalypse.

This ties in neatly with Doctor Strange's post-credits sequence, in which the thunder god tells the Sorcerer Supreme that he's on Earth with Loki in search of his father.

There are, however, many unanswered questions around Odin's involvement in Ragnarok. How substantial is his role in the story? Will he return to Asgard for the final showdown with Hela, and will he make it out alive?
