One line thrown right into the middle of the trailer suggests that Will is building an army. For exactly what purpose, we're not quite sure, though it appears that Will begins to play God. As he connects to the internet he begins to grow exponentially, and we see brief glimpses of what look like nanobots rebuilding human beings (or creating them from the ground up). Perhaps once he's online, he is able to access the intelligent machines they've been developing and utilise them for his own gains? Until now we've only heard that he's seeking more and more knowledge, but now it looks like he's trying to take the next bold step in human evolution.
