18. Caliban
Another of Apocalypse's Horsemen from the comics appears in the film in the shape of bald weirdo Caliban, who likes to refer to himself in the third person.

Him being a blackmarket fixer of sorts actually fits with his powers in the comics. He's a sympathetic mutant (in that he channels other people's emotions and uses them against them) and can sense and track other mutants. Hence why he "knows" mutants - his mutation mirroring the underground network of the black market.
