Though his more accurate "form" would be Ganon; the oversized hog-faced monster with giant tusks and an imposing stature, Ganondorf the more humanoid version we were introduced to in Ocarina of Time.

Nintendo masterfully decided not to show too much of this nefarious individual, including him in a vision from Link where Ganondorf has kidnapped Princess Zelda, only to then hang back until the close of the story, where he pops up for the final encounter.

Now, I'm sticking with Ganondorf, as that's the version we see in Smash Bros., and it's a humanoid version of the character we tend to hold up as Link's main antagonist.

At the close of Ocarina of Time, Ganondorf transforms into his beastly Ganon form - so you can add another couple of minutes as that's another super easy fight - but Ganondorf is where it's at, and he's barely in Ocarina from front to back.
