Back when the Switch got announced, thousands upon thousands of fans begged and pleaded Psyonix to stick Rocket League on Nintendo's new system. The idea of local multiplayer during office lunch breaks, on playgrounds or just down the park was too great to bear.
Thankfully, the team continue to have one of the best relationships with their community in all of gaming, and it was only a matter of time until their 'soccer with cars' phenomenon made a debut.
Now we know Rocket League is coming, speculation falls to just what are those "exclusive cars" and "exclusive items" to adorn your vehicles with going to be? We've seen a Mario Odyssey hat for one, but will we see Balloon Fight balloon toppers? Hyrulean hot rods? Kirby's lovely mug as a paint job?
Who knows, but Rocket League on Switch is happening, and it's going to be glorious.
