5. Falling From The Cargo Plane (Drake's Deception)

When the cargo plane you're chasing in Uncharted 3 starts to take off after an already explosive level, for a split second it feels as though things are just starting to wind down. However, the next thing you know you're chasing after it with a little help from Elena, making your way on board before coming flying out the cargo door and clinging onto a crate for dear life thousands of feet above the ground.

Climbing up the cargo as you're hurtling hundreds of miles an hour over the desert, Uncharted 3 takes you to one of the highest points, quite literally, of the entire series. As Nate's involved in a shoot-out while he's still trying to make his way back on board, the crate he's holding onto suddenly become dislodged as the plane takes too much damage and starts hurtling towards the ground.

Popping the parachute on the cargo he's holding, all you can do is descend slowly back to Earth while contemplating the piece of gaming history that you've just experienced.
