11. James Bond 007: Blood Stone

The second franchise entry on the list, Blood Stone suffered somewhat from restricting a lot of its key HUD information to a visual-toggle in-game. What this meant was that during the optional sneaking sections, if you would like to know more about whose neck you were about to crack, you€™d have to flick on a filter only for it to cancel again after said cracking had concluded. However don€™t let that put you off, as with a gameplay system that borrowed heavily from Gears of War yet with a tighter, one-button close-quarters combat system, you were slamming heads off nearby objects and disarming woolly-hatted-henchman with ease. Although it was very short, the entire package was wrapped up in the most modern of Bond trimmings, featuring Daniel Craig€™s likeness and a suitably grandiose score for some brilliantly executed chase sequences.
