Like the hidden reference to the most famous scene in the Witcher 3.

In one of the upper chambers of the Old Mountain Fort, you can find a skeleton lounging in a bathtub. Upon closer inspection, you can also notice that there is a giant bug between the skeleton's legs.

To the fans of The Witcher 3, the peculiar pose of the skeleton, with his feet prepped up on the tub, should already feel reminiscent, but the hidden bug is a dead giveaway that this easter egg is a reference to the iconic intro to The Witcher 3, in which Yennefer interrupts Geralt's peaceful bath time by pranking him with a magically summoned buglike monster.

The pose is identical to Geralt's, and the bug is obviously put inside there on purpose, but still, even the fans of the Witcher games might not notice this reference without stopping by it and taking the time to examine the skeleton more closely.
