11. Murphy Bed - The Sims 4

One of the most integral parts of the Sims series is all the horrible ways your Sims can die. The games have always featured a wide variety of untimely demises, from starvation and fire to the classic method of drowning your Sims in pools.

The Sims 4 is no exception. In fact, thanks to its ludicrous library of DLCs, the game features the most types of death in the entire series, including some extremely random ones like the Murphy bed death.

The Tiny Living Stuff pack adds special furniture to the game that helps your Sims save up some room space. One of these new items is the Murphy bed, which your Sims can close and open between sleeping.

Or accidentally drop it on themselves.

When interacting with the Murphy bed to open it, there is a small chance that your Sim will have a fatal accident. The bed will fail to open, and then your Sim will perform a special animation ending with the bed dropping on them and crushing them dead.

The chance of this event increases when the bed is broken, but even brand-new Murphy beds can randomly kill your Sim, so if you don’t want to lose your favorite character, maybe opt for a less… droppable bed…
