2. Michael Jackson's Moonwalker

Given that his status as the King of Pop made him a household name the world over, it seemed only natural that the video game world would come knocking at Michael Jackson's door eventually, and the resultant Moonwalker is every bit as odd as you'd imagine. 

Inspired by the equally strange film of the same name, Moonwalker is a platformer unlike no other. 

Set across several locations from the film, players step into the sequined shoes of Jackson himself as he tries to rescue children in a variety of different locales. These kids can be found hiding behind doors, inside dumpsters or even locked inside the boots of cars. Along the way, Michael will be confronted by gangsters, rabid dogs and even a zombie or two - and yes, the game does go full Thriller if you know what do - but none of these foes stand a chance against Michael's arsenal of star-studded attacks and killer dance moves. 

Perhaps the most notable and most celebrated aspect of this game though is the faithful recreations of Jackson's most famous hits at the time, all of which are rendered in the gloriously crunchy sounds of the Megadive's hardware. 

Weird for sure, but definitely worth a look.
