9. Seriously 2.0 - Gears of War 2

To kick things off, let€™s head to Gears of War 2 for a achievement as unoriginal in design as the game itself. Seriously 2.0, a challenge that asks players to kill one-hundred-thousand enemies for it to be unlocked. That, quite simply, is absurd. Completing the game usually results in kills in around the 3k area, so the only way to reach this number would be to either finish the game 33 times (plus getting a bit into a 34th play-through or spend more time on the online multiplayer than any human being could happily do ever. There is no possible enjoyment in attaining this achievement and the only thing it tests is one€™s sanity, so why bother including it? They even called the damn thing "seriously," like they were in on the bloody joke, showing they clearly knew just how terrible the thing was even while they were programming it in.
