Very little can be said about this achievement from The Simpsons Game, as its pretty much there in its title. You press start, it pops up. Thats it. Everyone whos ever played this game will have "won" the achievement, so it doesnt work in the same way as most (i.e. to separate one player from another in terms of their skill or how far theyve progressed). There is the possibility the trophy is actually an in-joke, as the description says: Easiest achievement... ever, a reference one of the many catchphrases from the television programme. If thats the case it does fit in with the general feel of the game - its just a shame that feel is so tacky.
