The latter half of the trailer following Scarecrows monologue shows the Bat kicking ass in various different manners he smashes through a blockade with the Batmobile, electrocutes a thug by smashing his head into a computer and bursts forth from his trusty ride to glide high into the dark Gotham night. However, Batmans awe-inspiring display of power comes to an abrupt end with the arrival of the titular Arkham Knight onto the scene. The mysterious villain hits the Bat with a thunderous straight-right while flying through the air before placing a boot on his chest and lining up a shot at the Dark Knights head. It is rare to see Batman even matched in combat so to see him dominated in this way in the games trailer is a shocker. While laying this beat down on the Bat, the villain ominously says there is no savior. No more hope. No more Batman. Scary stuff, right? Though his voice gives very little away, there are some who are already speculating that the voice-profile fits with that of Jason Todd. We Bat-fanatics truly need very little to get us going.
