A supremely cool feature for more conservative players, tapping melee while aiming lets you "mount" your weapon to any piece of the environment.

Thankfully there's a sense of magnetism to this mechanic that lets you know you're locked into position, and you can do this next to any waist-high walls, corners, sandbags, window ledges etc.
