3. Still No Virtual Console
One of the most infuriating things about Nintendo's handling of the Switch is their refusal to put fans out of their misery and announce how Virtual Console will be dealt with.

Despite the Switch having been out for over three months, Nintendo still hasn't confirmed whether the much-loved Virtual Console feature from the Wii and Wii U will carry over to the new platform, much to the understandable frustration of many.
While this Spotlight didn't need a Super Smash Bros. or an Animal Crossing, it really did need to clarify the Virtual Console situation for fans, considering how long they've been begging for an answer either way.

The longer the system goes without the VC, the longer one suspects they might do away with it completely.
