3. Forza Horizons 4 Reveal

Even though Forza making an appearance at E3 isn't exactly surprising, the next game is Forza Horizon 4 and that's actually pretty exciting.

Although the Forza Motorsport series doesn't appeal to everyone due to it's simulation nature, the wacky open-world structure of the Horizon series is something that can be enjoyed by pretty much everyone.

There's a lot of evidence to go along with Forza Horizon 4 being announced, such as the fact that Microsoft always alternate the Motorsport and Horizon franchises yearly. There's also the recent Walmart leak which suggested that 'Forza Horizons 5' would be getting revealed this year. Despite the typos in that reveal, it's pretty clear that something from the series is coming to E3.

Another leak also suggested that Forza Horizon 4 would take place in Hong Kong, which would almost definitely be shown off when the game is revealed.

Count this one as a certainty. Microsoft would never have an E3 conference where they don't show a car on stage and then reveal the next Forza game.
