FIFA 15: 10 Highest-Rated Premier League Players Leaked

3. Sergio Aguero (88)

Despite suffering through an injury-ravaged season in 2013-14 with a combination of knee, calf and hamstring problems, Sergio Aguero was still able to tuck away a phenomenal number of goals, smashing in 17 from his limited 23 league appearances. Aguero's goal-scoring form also extended to European action and took in a run of form that saw him hit six goals in five matches in the Champions League group stages as City qualified for the knockout phase for the first time. It might have been easy for EA to downgrade the Argentinian from his lofty rating of 88 in FIFA 14 considering he scarcely played, but the sheer number of goals he struck would have made that highly controversial. In the end, Aguero has retained his rating from last year's game, which we feel is the right course of action. Had he stayed clear of injury, the South American could quite easily have scored more than the 17 he managed in the league last season and it is actually frightening to contemplate the heights a fully-fit Aguero might have reached if only he had been able to avoid those extended periods in the Etihad treatment room.
