FIFA 15: 12 Leaked Ratings That Are Already Wrong

6. Per Mertesacker, 82

Another Arsenal player who has been underrated by EA in their ratings system for the upcoming FIFA 15 is Per Mertesacker. The centre-half has allegedly only retained last year's score of 82 in '15, which we find just a little bit odd. The Germany international enjoyed a terrific season with the Gunners in 2013-14, and his side had never lost a match when he partnered Laurent Koscielny at the heart of defence prior to the defeat to Liverpool on 8 February 2014. Before that defeat, it was pointed out that when the Arsenal pair played 90 minutes together, the Gunners never lost a single match, which stretched to 28 games and took in 16 clean sheets out of 28, averaging 0.5 goals conceded-per-game. It's a phenomenal record, and makes his score on '15 seem all he more harsh. Worse still is his current overall speed rating of 35 on the game, which makes him a liability when playing as Arsenal on FIFA and not worth having in your team. The German might not be the next Usain Bolt but he hardly wades through quicksand on a weekly basis either, and we feel as though EA have overlooked his abilities.
