How could they have wrestled a Barcelona midfielder away from the Nou Camp at an age where he should still be in his prime? The Cameroonian midfielder enforcer wasn't getting first team football in Spain, so a season-long loan to the Hammers was pushed through. He enjoyed a remarkable season back in the Premier League, dominating the midfield as West Ham climbed the table. Unfortunately, he's yet to feature this season due to injury, but talent-wise, his 79-overall is very poor considering Mikel Arteta, Jack Wilshere, and Moussa Dembele are rated at 81, 81, and 80 respectively, despite not featuring often.
