5. Ability To Manage At Youth Level (U18's/Reserves)
Imagine if you could just manage at a youth or reserve level? There is currently an option to take over the youth team games but it would be great if you could apply for the Manchester United academy coach role if you were the manager of Barnet and then try to develop yourself through the ranks before knocking Louis van Gaal (or whoever is in charge by that time) off his perch. Youth team management would give you a chance to establish yourself as a worthy coach before progressing to a full-time managerial post. This could mean starting out at mid-table La Liga side as their academy coach before being offered a management role at Burnley...
