22. RAAM

The big bad in the first Gears of War (before the Queen reveals herself) - General RAAM is one of the most imposing figures amongst the ranks of the Locust horde, only a Corpser or Brumak instil more fear into his foes.

Surprisingly enough RAAM was not bread to lead or even start off high up within the Locust army, in fact, he was nothing more than a simple drone trooper before he was recognised for his intelligence and strength by Queen Myrrah.

From there he would fight against the Lambert along with Skorge before being made General to lead the Emergency Day attacks.
