Similarly to the Panthers, the Bears just aren't a top 10 team. They were the 9th highest rated franchise on Madden 16 but they won't remain there for long. The signs don't look awful for the Bears, but with Jay Cutler still pulling the strings, they surely can't soar too high. Can they? They were the 26th ranked team in the real-life 2014 season, and while they don't deserve to slide that far, they won't maintain an 84 rating. The defence will be improved, but don't expect wonders from the Bears in a tough division that includes the much-improved Vikings.
