The Salarian race are known for being very to-the-point, matter-of-fact and are not - with some exceptions i.e Mordin's singing talents - fans of trivial nonsense. So when a burly soldier-type barrels in and just starts constantly trying to touch stuff, a Salarian doesn't take too kindly to this occurrence. He will warn you repeatedly to not touch the button, indicating that a possible diplomatic incident may occur if this is done alongside various other threats and exasperated comments because of the foolish human.
