6. Kano Vs. Reptile Is In Sonya's Office (Why Kano Says "Kano Wins")
An area that comes up a few times in the trailer is Sonya's office. We see it at the very beginning when she's explaining the existence of the tournament to Cole, and again when the whole place is going up in flames, as Kano fights Reptile amongst the chaos.
What DEFINITELY happens is Kano punching into Reptile to pluck out his heart for the trailer-closing fatality, but pure fan theory territory points to something more elaborate.
See, there's another creature/entity that floats in out of nowhere, when Sonya is standing in what looks like the same location.
This could be Nitara - a vampire who only appeared in a handful of games, but is on the cast list - or it could be Reptile, arriving to interfere with what looks like Sonya arresting Kano.
If Sonya escapes while Kano continues to fight, watching all the surrounding evidence that formed Sonya's case against him would be a VERY good reason to say "Kano wins", after emerging victorious.
