4. Baby
The stuff of nightmares, this humungous, unborn baby fetus technically isn't real at all.
An illusion formed from the pollens created by Donna Beneviento after Ethan inhales it, this is all actually in his own head. Obviously deriving from the constant drive to save his daughter Rose, Beneviento's pollens play on this to great affect.
Now that being said, the baby can devour Ethan if it catches up to him, saying "yummy" whilst doing so. But as it isn't real, it is a mystery how he actually dies. Maybe Ethan chokes himself or has a heart attack, it isn't really that clear. But what is clear, is that this section out-P.Ts the almighty P.T.
Once Donna Beneviento is killed, the creature essentially vanishes and ceases to exist.
How To Beat:
You don't, just run and hide when possible!
