This entry is more for the diehard fans as they’ll want some sort of Outbreak representation on this list.
However, though the player might be able to save everyone in Outbreak, it depends on the players at the end of the day and fates are not set in stone.
Sadly none this bunch will ever show up in any significant capacity in the main series, and Capcom will likely never reference them again. We will never know whether they survived or not.
Though we will always remember: Mark Wilkins, Kevin Ryman, George Hamilton, Cindy Lennox, David King, Yoko Suzuki, Linda Baldwin, Rita Phillips, Harry and Jim Chapman.
