Because why not, right?

As seen in the video above, there are actually a number of small gnome statues scattered around San Francisco, which if you find the lot, contribute to a multi-part costume that eventually transforms Marcus into a cosplay gnome of himself.

Why? No idea. Is there any use? Not that I can see.
