Turns out for the first time ever in an open-world game of this scope and scale, the devs actually went to the trouble of modelling genitalia for both the male and female form.

Why? I have no idea, but certain homeless people are just stark naked, and should you knock over anyone in revealing clothing, chances are the textures will shift and literally reveal all.

And I do mean ALL. In fact, annoyingly for those that shared images over the PlayStation Network, a handful of accounts have been banned for showing 'adult content' - so be careful if you're planning on sending these sorts of images to friends!
