Though all of the Scream franchise's remaining recurring characters made it to the end of the movie in one piece, and Sidney (Neve Campbell) gets a nice tender moment with her daughter Tatum (Isabel May), you have to wonder what the aftermath will do to Sid's psyche.

After all, the Ghostface ringleader this time around was Sid's neighbour Jessica (Anna Camp), a glorified Sidney fangirl who moved next door to Sid, insinuated herself into her life, and then plotted to kill her in front of Tatum to repeat the traumatised Final Girl cycle.

Basically, how in the hell is Sid every going to trust anyone new ever again? 

Any time someone becomes friendly with her, isn't there going to be that thought in the back of her mind that maybe, just maybe, they've got another agenda?

Granted, Sid has made it this far with her sanity still in tact, so perhaps she'll be just fine.
