Nirvana's Heart Shaped Box video started off with the guys in a hospital watching a man be administered medication through an IV then that's when the video got weird. The video then shifts to an outdoor setting with Wizard of Oz type influences were we see the old man climbing a cow ridden Cross and a young girl in a KKK outfit picking fetuses out of a tree all followed by an overweight woman in a suit with organs painted on it. This may sound shocking but it went on to win two MTV awards in 1994.
