Pixie made her TV drama debut in the second BBC film of Inspector George Gently as Megan Webb, one of the Bluebirds at a holiday camp. Pixie's character has left home to pursue her singing and dancing ambitions there, and in typical style of the TV drama, ends up having something unfortunate happen to her. Lott has a massive interest in the sixties (in which the drama is set) - she said: "The makeup, the hair and costume, props all looks so cool. I love the music from the Sixties which has inspired my next album". For the show, Lott also recorded a cover of Betty Everett's Shoop Shoop Song (better known by Cher's cover of it), allowing her to showoff her musical talent as well as her acting skills.
