Lott was signed in 2011 by model agency Select. The London agency has also overseen the careers of top models from Agyness Deyn to David Gandy. Still with the modelling agency to date, model scout Tandy Anderson described Pixie as 'stunning'. The singer herself said becoming a model was like getting a first job after an apprenticeship, having being interested in fashion and accessories for a long time. Fun fact: Lott met her long term boyfriend Oliver Cheshire through Select, as they were both signed by the agency (he is a model too).
