15 Artists Who Have Put Themselves On The Map In 2013

7. Imagine Dragons

Though the likes of Grouplove and Foster The People do have British followings, Fun. were one of the few American indie pop/rock bands to truly put themselves on the map in the UK in 2012. Based on their success so far this year, however, Vegas band Imagine Dragons seem set to replicate their achievement. Released in the UK at the end of March, the band€™s debut album, which follows a string of EP€™s, entered the chart at number two. Songs on it include €˜Its Time€™, €˜Hear Me€™ and €˜On Top Of The World€™, all of which have been top forty hits in Britain, as well as €˜Radioactive€™, which has been ubiquitous on both radio and television for several months. Having been forced to turn down the opportunity to support Muse due to their rapidly ascending popularity causing a scheduling overload, the band could well and truly become one of the biggest names in the world of pop rock as this year continues.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJEoxeW7JvQ
