2. America Has Been At War For 90% Of Its Existence
Seemingly born to fight, America has known exactly seventeen years of peace since the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776. Not what some would call a harmonious history. It doesn't help that the US was at war with the Comanche tribe for nearly fifty years during the Texas-Indian Wars or that they have a knack for becoming entangled in third party conflicts such as Vietnam.
