Bar work can attract a certain kind of individual, youths whose favourite pastime is hanging out with their friends in various degrees of untogetherness. Naturally, if Youth A has a job at your place, then Youths B, C and D may well choose to come in and cluster around the end of the bar impeding traffic and keeping the place untidy. Theyre a distraction and a nuisance, but theyre also technically paying customers. You just have to hope that they didnt pre-drink (or worse) before they came in, because barring B, C and D because theyre wasted on E will make A a total A to work with from then on.
