Home of the Mexican National Football Team and the nation's most-successful club, Club America, this stadium was opened in 1966 and renovated in 1985. It is the world's largest stadium purpose built for a domestic club and also one of only two grounds in the world to have held two World Cup finals. Furthermore, it's also the place where Diego Maradona netted his infamous 'Hand of God' goal in Argentina's 2-1 victory over England in the 1986 World Cup Quarter-Final. On a more positive note, it was also the venue for the 'Goal of the Century' - which saw the genius Maradona take on, what seemed like, the whole of the England side, to score the second in that victory over England.
