Remember the in-between stages of Billy Ray Cyrus' career where he decided to become a UFC fighter? Well no, neither do we, but Brad Imes is about as close to such a preposterous notion as humanly possible. "The Hillbilly Heartthrob"? In what mindset could he have ever believed this to be a good nickname? A finalist on The Ultimate Fighter 2, Imes showed great promise as a larger-than-life heavyweight, and indeed this reflected throughout his career. A rare breed, he actually used his heft to lock in nasty submission wins; chocking his rival out with menace. From his 14 professional wins, only 2 came from a KO, whilst a staggering 10 came from the tap. Perhaps those inside the cage with him where thinking 'don't break my arm, my achy break arm' when he locked in a big one...
