2. Post Match Interviews That Don't Say A Lot
This season the Premier League will be treated to the flamboyant and entertaining interviews of Holloway, Di Canio and Mourinho. The Championship, well you are dealt Adkins, McDermott and Flitcroft and there interviews about 'trying' and 'believing'. It is true, there is not a footballing cliché left alone when these three talk to the press. Of course they all have own styles. Adkins, who is known to spontaneously break into poetry, has a can do attitude and refuses to be beaten. McDermott had two main tag lines last season which were, 'great bunch of lads' and 'as long as it is do-able'. Flitcroft constantly reeled of rubbish about 'trust', 'hurt' and not giving up. So have a listen to the interviews of these managers this season and tell me I'm wrong.
