Arsenal is clearly in trouble right now. The team had a chance to end its trophy drought but instead failed to punish a League Two side and crashed out of the League Cup. The team€™s league position is abysmal and even if the side pulls itself up to a Champions League position there is a huge gap between Arsenal and the Manchester Clubs. Part of the gulf is skill and experience. But a major part of that gap is the manager, the culture, the expectations and the upper management of the club.
